RPM-Mitchum Auctions, LLC was established in an effort to meet the needs of an ever changing, challenging real estate market place. RPM-Mitchum Auctions is a merger between Rector Phillips Morse, Inc. and Johnny B. Mitchum.

Rector Phillips Morse, Inc. is Arkansas' oldest and largest real estate firms specializing in auction services, commercial sales and leasing, property management, development and residential sales.

Johnny Mitchum is a licensed real estate broker, auctioneer and CPA (inactive). Johnny has over 35+ years in the real estate and auction industry and is the former owner and operator of Mitchum Auctions & Realty, LLC. Johnny is an expert at marketing properties in order to ensure a successful auction.
